2. Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form or send us an email, we collect your name, email address, company, website and your message. If you give us a phone number, we collect that too.
• Technical information. When you visit this website, our hosting provider and our security service collect basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
• Bot protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam. Turnstile processes technical data about your browser and device. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. How we use information

We use your information to answer your enquiry, provide our services, send messages that you asked for, keep the website secure, and improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Mobile information and text messages

We collect a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages only when you give them to us. We use them only to send the text messages you agreed to receive.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers (such as our SMS carrier) that deliver the messages for us.

You can stop text messages at any time: reply STOP to any message. See section 4 of our Terms for the full SMS terms.

5. Service providers

We use service providers to host this website, protect it from abuse, deliver email and text messages, and run our CRM. They get only the information they need to do this work for us, and they must protect it.

6. Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to run it and to protect our forms from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). Our contact page embeds Calendly to book meetings, and Calendly can set its own cookies; see Calendly's privacy policy. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and customer information for as long as we need it to answer you, provide our services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Then we delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or ask us to stop using it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. To make a request, contact us at contact@sylvan.com. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights.

9. Children

This website is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We can change this policy. We will put the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
