Here we recognize Megan, an almost-15 year old beagle, for Oldest Beagle. Megan is very pert and active and in great health! She has lost her hearing, but is able to understand her family members through hand signals. Here she cuddles with one of our hosts for a picture!
Here's our JT, who was recognized as the Youngest Beagle. He will turn 5 months old tomorrow and was thrilled to be the "baby" of the pack this year! Pictured here making a new friend!
Here we see the finalists for Longest Ears contest. And the prize goes to...

Cody!

The contestants line up for judging. "Bubba", "The Twins", "Halloween", "Daisy", "Harley Dude" and "Patriotic Dogs". And the Oscar goes to...

Tinker aka "Harley Dude"!

Here is Belle, who's hoomin looks just like her!! She's our Look-Alike winner!
Bobbing for weiners. Hey... looks like one beagle is a bit of an expert here...
A line for the tub of weiners. How polite and orderly! Who'd imagine such polite beagles (hey, save some for meeeee!).
Now the kids get into it, too! (Robin is helping a slightly confused JT get a piece of hotdog.)

Today was a blast, but it's time to go home. Beautiful weather, great beagles, fun hoomin company. Our thanks to Randy and Lee!

As we head home over the bridge I took a picture of the famous Golden Gate Bridge from our car window as we head south to home in San Jose.
