Kayvan Sylvan worked as a contractor and was assigned to assist the Information Technology Software Development Environment Team in supporting the complex tool infrastructure of ClearCase and MultiSite. The timeframe of his assignment was May 2000 through December 2001.

This project included working with a very complex VOB infrastructure supporting over 700 engineers and over 18 Million lines of source code. In addition, over 15 sites located globally were supported to allow engineers to perform concurrent code development.

Kayvan did an outstanding job and completed all of his assignments on time and with excellent quality. He was consistent with his communications to both the IT Management team as well to the R&D community.

He has completed all of his assignments here at Synopsys and due to budget constraints and priorities set within the management team, is no longer required here.

Kayvan will add energy and expertise to any technical environment that requires configuration management, complex software tooling and providing excellent service expectations to engineering teams. During his time at Synopsys he has consistently demonstrated execution excellence, a passion for doing work correctly and has instilled confidence in the customer base to be able to rely on a stable development environment.
